Therapy Room Hire

The consultation room is for hire from Monday to Saturday, and for some evenings (please just ask).

The room contains a couch, comfy chairs and washing facilities, and has an adjacent small waiting area with chair and table. Hirers can use the shop’s credit and debit card machine at no additional cost. We like to help loyal users with their publicity, with website coverage, regular e-newsletters and our in-shop notice board.

Rates

Hourly rate £4.50
Single consultation (maximum 90 minutes) £5.00
Longer periods by negotiation.

Rules

There are a few simple rules, designed to avoid problems with a booking. We have no wish to be difficult, so if any of these might be a problem just let us know and we’ll see what can be done.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the full rate.

Insurance

For their own protection hirers must have their own public liability insurance. A copy of the policy must be shown to us before your first session.

Damage

The hirer is responsible for the cost of repairing any damage caused by themselves,their patient or anyone with them.

Naked flames

Candles and all other naked flames can only be used in a container approved by Roots.

Selling Products

Products for sale to patients, other than items which are integral to your treatment,must be obtained from Roots. The hirer will receive 15% commission on all such sales.
